Rewoor is a peer-to-peer (C2C) marketplace that allows individuals in Pakistan to buy and sell pre-loved clothing and accessories. Rewoor acts as a platform only - we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Rewoor.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

• All items listed must be genuine, accurately described, and legally owned by the seller.
• Photos must be real and represent the actual item being sold.
• Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, stolen property, weapons, and illegal items. Such listings will be removed and the account suspended.
• Rewoor charges 0% commission. Sellers keep 100% of their listed price.
• Sellers are responsible for accurately representing the condition of their items.

• Rewoor does not process any online payments. Buyers and sellers arrange payment directly between themselves.
• Buyers should inspect items before accepting delivery and making payment.
• Once payment is made and the item accepted, the transaction is considered final.
• Rewoor is not responsible for disputes arising from transactions between users.

You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or duplicate listings.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to circumvent the platform (e.g. directing buyers/sellers off-platform to avoid accountability).
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the platform.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage Rewoor's infrastructure.

By posting content (listings, photos, messages) on Rewoor, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or harms other users or the platform - without prior notice.

Rewoor is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by sellers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rewoor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses from transactions between users.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Rewoor after changes means you accept the updated terms.
